Hammer Calls is a proud maker of wood goose calls that we offer in our Crowd Control, The Law, and Riot styles. Our Crowd Control design is our most user-friendly goose call, making it great for both beginners and experienced hunters. The Law design produces a killer low-end and an ear-piercing high-end tone. Our Riot design features a call with the shortest and highest pitch of our goose calls. Wooden goose calls offer a lighter option and a softer and mellower sound compared to acrylic material, making them great for up-close and personal hunting. Because of the porous nature of wood, a wooden call tends to absorb moisture and swell, requiring some extra care after use. However, wood goose calls produce a more realistic sound compared to an acrylic call because of the organic composition of natural wood.
