  • What is your cancellation and return policy?
    Cancellation: Stock items can be cancelled before they're shipped and money will be refunded. Custom orders can be cancelled before we begin work on them. Once we've started a new custom call, it cannot be cancelled (no refund!) If you're concerned, ask about our likely schedule when you place your order. Stock Items can be returned within 30 days as long as the call has not been used. It must be in the original conditon and packaging. Your payment will be refunded minus our shipping cost. Custom calls cannot be returned or refunded once they're made, even though they may not be shipped or received by you yet.
  • How long will it be until I get my call after I place the order?
    Stock items will ship in 3-4 days. Custom orders can take up to 3-4 weeks, based on how many custom call orders we have at the time. If an order is time sensitive, please let us know via the Contact Submission form.
  • How do I place an order with Hammer Calls™?

  • What payment options do I have?
    We offer Credit/Debit card along with PayPal. We can also accept payment by check for custom orders, or in person at shows or in the field.
